Meet our Staff

Adelene Lovelace, Executive Director

Adelene Lovelace joined the Fiesta of Five Flags Association as the Executive Director in January 2011. Adelene has been active volunteer for Fiesta for over 10 years, serving as a Fiesta Forces Commando, Supreme Commander, an Executive Board member, a member of many event committees, and serving at the President of Fiesta in 2008/2009. She is a five generation Pensacolian and traces her family roots back to the early 1800’s.

Previous to Fiesta, Adelene worked as a residential real estate agent with John S. Carr & Co. and has been an active Realtor for over 25 years, in both Florida and Alabama. As a professional she is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, The Baldwin County Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. Adelene has continually been recognized as a “Top Gun” recipient; top sales agent, listing agent, and “Million” dollar producer. 

As a community volunteer she has been active with the Junior League of Pensacola, an executive board member of the Girl Scouts of Northwest Florida, Escambia County Clean Community Commission recycling Chairman, board member for the Great Gulf Coast Arts Festival and past President of the P.S.O for Episcopal Day School. 

She is a life long member of Christ Episcopal Church, has been married to her husband Billy for over 34 years. Together they have three children, Elise, Giffney, and Yancy and four wonderful grandchildren.

Hillary Turner, Court Coordinator

Hillary Turner joined the Fiesta staff in April 2014 as the Artistic Design and Public Relations Director and recently transitioned into the role of Court Coordinator.  She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a BA degree in Art History and a minor in Business Administration. Her passion for the arts and interest in nonprofit management led her to obtain a MA in Arts Administration from Florida State University.  Prior to joining Fiesta, Hillary served as Manager of Patron Services at the Pensacola Museum of Art and most recently Executive Director of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus. 

Bridget Middleton, Event Coordinator

Bridget joined Fiesta in January 2015 as Office Manager.  She now serves as Event Coordinator and is responsible for managing many of the Fiesta of Five Flags community events including the Pensacola Crawfish Festival, Pensacola Seafood Festival, Pen Air Grand Fiesta Parade, Fiesta Family Weekend, and The Emmanuel, Sheppard, and Condon Fiesta Days Celebration.  Bridget is a native of Belle River, Louisiana, a graduate of LSU with a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing.  She is a proud Navy wife to Chris for over 20 years.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and an avid runner and sports fan.  Bridget spends most weekends with her family and friends on the water or watching her three children play competitive soccer. 

Margaret-Anne West, PR and Marketing Coordinator 

Margaret-Anne joined the Fiesta staff in August 2015 as the PR and Marketing Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations and Event Planning and a master’s degree in Sport Management. Prior to joining Fiesta, Margaret-Anne worked for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, beginning in their inaugural season, 2012. She has a variety of experience in PR and marketing through her internships with the University of Alabama Athletic Marketing Department, the Reese’s Senior Bowl and the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. On weekends in the fall, you can find Margaret-Anne in Tuscaloosa cheering on the Tide with her family and friends. 

Claudia Carlson, Office Manager 

Claudia joined the Fiesta staff in February 2018 as Office Manager. She attended the University of Mississippi and the University of West Florida where she received a B.A. in PR/Marketing. Prior to joining FIESTA, she worked at Whibbs and Stone.
